Content types other than JSON are not passed in request

There are several api methods bound with content_type 'multipart/form-data' but this is never set on the headers dict passed to request: https://github.com/appdotnet/ADNpy/blob/master/adnpy/api.py#L137

No I don't think so, I just thought I'd point it out.

Cool, I'm not worried about it right now because those are the only two
content types that are required. I'll probably just hook it up anyways
though.
