[Bug] Can't create be pod

Version

operator 25.8.0(image: apache/doris:operator-25.8.0)
doris 4.1.1(image: apache/doris:4.1.1)
AWS EKS kubernetes 1.36

What's Wrong?

I installed operator 25.8.0, and used a normal DorisCluster yaml(ex: examples/doriscluster-sample.yaml) with feSpec.replicas=1 to start a doris cluster, but sometimes (not every time) BE pod wasn't created after FE pod is ready, until restart operator pod or modify doriscluster resource or kill FE pod.

What You Expected?

operator 25.8.0 can also creates BE pod normally.
