Category dropdown toggle design issue

If the category has a icon set to it and the user views the category toggle contents then, in some cases the list of categories displayed gets jumbled.

To Reproduce

Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Go to AnsPress -> Settings
2. Click on Features
3. Enable Categories feature if not already enabled
4. Go to Question Categories
5. Add 4 to 5 categories or more from there and in some categories created, add Category icon class and Icon background color
6. Visit the front end and click on the Folder icon(Category Toggle button)
7. Check the category list inside it which could get jumbled in some places

Expected behavior

The list of categories displayed with the click of the category toggle button should be properly managed even though the category has the Category icon class and Icon background color attached to it.
