Category icon placement is not exactly in center for the individual category page

When the user views the individual category page in which they have added a category icon and color then, the icon is not placed exactly at the center of the colored background.

To Reproduce

Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Go to AnsPress -> Settings
2. Click on Features
3. Enable Categories feature if not already enabled
4. Go to Question Categories
5. Create or edit the category and add the Category icon class and Category icon color for that category
6. Visit that single category page from the front end which you have just created or edited adding the category icon class and color
7. Check on the category title area where you could see that the category icon is not placed exactly in center

Expected behavior

The category icon on the single question category page should be placed exactly inside the center of the colored background.
