No "about me" yet.. showing if no author bio is added

When viewing the single user profile page, we can see No "about me" yet.. if that user have not added any Biographical Info for their user profile.

To Reproduce

Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Go to AnsPress -> Settings
2. Click on Features
3. Enable User Profile feature if not already enabled
4. Go to Users -> Profile
5. Scroll down to About Yourself section
6. Remove Biographical Info content if any already exists
7. Visit your user profile main(about) page from the front end

Expected behavior

It might be better to not display the No "about me" yet.. even though the user has not added any Biographical Info to their user profile.
