Comments list design not proper

When the user adds the comments to the post or page then, the design for the comment lists is not proper, i.e., shows the bulleted lists and the comment meta and comment content are not separated properly.

To Reproduce

Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Create any posts as you need from the back end
2. View the created post
3. Leave as many comments as you need for that newly created post for test
4. Check the design of the comments list

Expected behavior

It's better to not display the list style for the comments list and also the comment meta and comment content should be properly separated.
