Reputation events icon position

When viewing the users' reputation page from the front end for any user page, the reputation event icon is not placed exactly inside the center of the circle.

To Reproduce

Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Be on this PR: [Fix] Reputation events icon not displayed on the users' reputation page anspress#859 of the AnsPress plugin
2. Go to AnsPress -> Settings
3. Click on Features
4. Enable Reputation and User Profile features/addons if not already enabled
5. Create some events so that some reputation events gets logged into your user profile
6. Go to your profile page from the front end
7. Click on the Reputations link available from your user profile page
8. Check on the reputation icons box

Expected behavior

The reputation events icon should be placed properly inside the reputation circular box area.
