Could you please specify the packages version in requirements.txt?

I've tried to set the eval environment, but it's been a year since the project published. So many packages have been updated, and it is hard to reproduce the result.

I'm still working at solving the environment issues like:

ImportError: cannot import name 'ForceTokensLogitsProcessor' from 'transformers.generation.logits_process' (/usr/local/lib/python3.10/dist-packages/transformers/generation/logits_process.py)

Need some help.
