Test passes and fails depending on who submits it

I played a Cashbox set vs a box player. I decided to use the enforcer as a test and enforcer indicated that he wasnt nerf compliant on travel time.
Turns out he is non compliant on my SLPs but on his own, he is compliant.
We shared SLPs and tested both and it seemed consistent and we wonder how one could pass on their side but not the other one, probably due to a bug.

Basically, the rollback frames mess up the calculation. I have to fix that.

The controller looks compliant :)
