Warm boot bug has returned on DFB1

Hi Anders,

Looks like the latest version of MAPROM has re-introduced an old bug where after a warm boot results in no TT-RAM being allocated. I'm not sure the ROM is being mapped into ST-RAM or not at that stage, I'm afraid.

Not urgent at all. Cold boot obvious work around & v2.2 still works.

Just noticed the same issue while doing some testing with different tools to enable the TT-RAM on a DFB1X.

When using maprom.prg from https://github.com/agranlund/tftools the TT-RAM is only enabled after a cold-boot, but not after a warm-boot.

With the previous version of maprom.prg from 68cc0a6 the TT-RAM is enabled on bot cold-boot and warm-boot.

Btw. why is there such a size difference between the latest version of maprom.prg (~18kb) compared to previous versions (~3kb)?
