CLI Onboarding Feedback – Help make the first 5 minutes smoother for all AI Builders!

I forked the Stratix Python SDK to experiment with some CLI improvements and wanted real developer feedback before opening any PRs.

Quick context:
The current flow is pip install ... --extra-index-url ... → stratix login → run a sample.

What feels clunky in your first try?

• The private index URL step?
• Auth / API key setup?
• Finding the right sample?
