Add ability to open an existing buffer in existing bview

Currently there are commands to open files in the existing window/split. It would be really nice if we could do that for existing buffers as well. I'm thinking something along the lines of C-q b for buffers. What do you think?

So something like cmd_blist except that it opens another bview to that buffer in the current bview?

Exactly. Sometimes, I want to re-use a split for an existing buffer, and it goes faster selecting from cmd_blist than cmd_fsearching for the file. Does that make sense?
