      <li class="list-group-item bg-dark text-light">1. The team should only consist of 1 or maximum 2 members (Duo).</li>
      <li class="list-group-item bg-dark text-light">2. Projects must be submitted within the specified time frame. (8 Hours)</li>
      <li class="list-group-item bg-dark text-light">3. Once the team picks a theme, it must remain the same for the entire hackathon.</li>
      <li class="list-group-item bg-dark text-light">4. Plagiarism is strictly prohibited; all code and designs must be created during the hackathon.</li>
      <li class="list-group-item bg-dark text-light">5. The hackathon evaluation will more focused on code, functionality, and implementation than other points.</li>
      <li class="list-group-item bg-dark text-light">6. Follow the hackathon's theme, tools, and rules.</li>
      <li class="list-group-item bg-dark text-light">7. Anyone found copying or using AI-generated content without permission will be disqualified.</li>
      <li class="list-group-item bg-dark text-light">8. Submit all required materials (code, presentation, demo, etc.) before the deadline.</li>
      <li class="list-group-item bg-dark text-light">9. Only use hardware or equipment approved by the organizers.</li>
      <li class="list-group-item bg-dark text-light">10. Only use tools, software, and APIs explicitly allowed by the hackathon rules.</li>
      <li class="list-group-item bg-dark text-light">11. Use of mobile is not allowed.</li>
      <li class="list-group-item bg-dark text-light">12. Co-operate with volunteers while checking the PC's history and other relevant conditions in hackathons.</li>
      <li class="list-group-item bg-dark text-light">13. Previously made projects are not allowed; all work must be created from scratch during the hackathon.</li>
