Crash after the first cutscene on AMD GPU on Windows 11

On Windows 11 the game crashes after the first cutscene on an AMD RX 9070 XT 16 GB and Ryzen 9 7900X.
It happens with every settings, no matter what. It crashes the whole GPU AMD Drivers.
