Check the papers once more for open access / preprint

• Go over the papers in the reading materials folder and check for each one:
  • is it open access?
  • is it a preprint (no layout of a proper journal/conference, or it says "preprint"
• if the answer to any of these questions is "yes": leave the paper in the repo.
• if both questions are answered with a "no" or "unsure", remove it from the repo (it's listed in the reading list with a link anyway)
