Low priority:
I feel like it would be nice to have a pair of buttons at the top of the Packet-downloads page: one button that expands all of the categories at once (showing all of the subsections and their contents, for all categories), and another that hides all of the expanded categories at once (hiding all of the subsections).
The buttons could maybe be labeled something like “Expand All” and “Collapse All”?
