Issue Description

"Troubleshoot Login Issues" article has incorrect and outdated information

URL of the Page with the Issue

https://wordpress.org/documentation/article/troubleshoot-login-issues/

Section of Page with the issue

  1. "Enable Cookies" section
  2. "Check your Firewall" section
  3. External link in "Enable Cookies" section

Why is this a problem?

  1. "Enable Cookies" section tells users to "clear browser
cookies" to enable cookies - these are completely different
actions and the instruction is incorrect/misleading.

  2. "Check your Firewall" section mentions "eTrust Personal
Firewall" which is a discontinued product - confuses modern users.

  3. The external link for clearing cache only points to a
Google/Chrome page - unhelpful for Firefox, Safari, Edge users.

Suggested Fix
