Hi Adriana, following up on my note in Slack on blog optimisation.

Could we sort the existing blogs by the categories indicated below?

Categories:

• Training and certifications
  How I studied and passed the AWS Certified Cloud Practitioner Exam
• Career management
  From CV to Job Offer
  Job Search and Interview Tips from the Community. Part 1
  Tailoring your career quarterly
  Managing your career journey: how to build a career development plan
• Machine Learning
  Working with ChatGPT is all about asking right questions
  Harnessing Generative AI
  How Does Natural Language Processing interact between people and technology
  Learn generative AI with AWS PartyRock
• Community learning and experiences
  Breaking cultural barriers
  Woman is the homeland of woman

Additional Changes to consider:

• Add the above categories, so when we go to “blog” section on the website we can see the categories first and ten can navigate from there – same as it currently looks for Programmes section
• Add a search box to look by a key word or sub-category (which are currently added, see below). Currently, if I push on the category nothing happens.
• Request contributors for their profile picture and add it to the blog, this is so when we share on LinkedIn it looks professional. Let me know if possible and I will add this to a blog post form for people to add.

Thanks for the update. I’ve picked this task up now and noticed that several blog posts currently in the repository were not part of the original 2025 request. I’ve grouped these newer posts into the most suitable categories based on the structure you provided.

Here are the category assignments I used for the additional blogs:

• Machine Learning — Building Cutting‑Edge AI Solutions
• Tech career — Mid–Senior Progression
• Career management — Atomic Habits: Small Changes, Real Results
• Community learning and experiences — Self‑Taught, Self‑Doubt
• Community learning and experiences — Our First Year as WomenCodingCommunity
• Career management — Lessons from Our 4‑Week Habit Challenge
• Community learning and experiences — The Story Behind the Mentorship Programme
• Community learning and experiences — Our Women Coding Community Team Takes 3rd Place at the GNEC Fall Hackathon
• Tech career — Data Engineering Portfolio Projects

Before I finalise these, could you confirm whether these placements align with your expectations, or if any should be moved to a different category?

Once categories are confirmed, I can proceed with the additional updates you mentioned:

• Adding categories to the main Blog page for easier navigation (similar to Programmes)
• Adding a search box for keyword or sub‑category filtering
• Requesting contributor profile photos for more polished LinkedIn sharing
