Read-only File System and Input/Output error after running "ae init-after-reboot cloudlab"

Hello,
after running "bash artifact_eval.sh init cloudlab" on a c6525-100g instance of cloudlab, I rebooted and then ran
ae init-after-reboot cloudlab
Then when I tried "ae cmpl microbench ufsnj" I got "Input output Error" and when i tried a simple mkdir, I got "Read-only File System " error.

I followed the instructions carefully, with only changing the DEV_NAME=/dev/nvme0n1p4 to DEV_NAME=/dev/nvme1n1p4 following my "lsblk" schema

Is there any solution?
