Deleting blocks glitch

I made a 100x100 sandplat form and added some water on it. The water was in the sand and one block under and when I saved the world and joined it the first layer was replaced by sand, but the second layer of water was still there. Might be a compression algorithm issue

Another issue connected with this is when I replace obsidian with another block in the world and save it once I join back in it reverts back to obsidian. The text file is the save code and try to replace obsidian with another block and also break a bit of the sand and replace with water. Once you save it and join it again then it will revert back to the old version

Sorry, I can't reproduce either of these issues in your world. Are you sure you were actually saving it, and not just reloading the old version of the world from before you made edits?

I'm a bit late to reply but here are the issues: I go to the world and break the obsidian and also the sane blocks on the ground, place water in its place and save, then I got back in and all the changes are reverted, I also copied the save code and made a new world doing the same thing and pressing save and it still didn't work

I copied the savecode i sent you back into the string and the obsidian is not there its just happening on my side, the bug is not working anymore on the map
