Sorry to make a new ticket, but I enjoy your software and find it very useful but I believe there was a communication error since you closed my last ticket.
When I say run them at the same time, I mean I have 2 screens, one runs steam and the other runs epic, at the exact same time. So I have 2 games running at a time.
The solution you gave of setting up a new windows user would fix the issue if I used them one at a time but I use both at a time.
