Corrupted files

Occasionally I run into files which are unable to be parsed by sa_common in one way or another, this issue is intended to be a centralized place for documenting these issues and their fixes

as a historical note, the first major instance of raw files which were unable to be parsed correctly occurred in the file names as a result of the race condition documented in wx4stg/Bruning_Slow_Antenna_Software#3 . This has since been addressed by aed9f0f in the filename parser and prevented in the future by WT-SANTA/Bruning_Slow_Antenna_Software@f321d12

I've come across a second kind of corrupted file where for some reason a packet is interrupted in the middle and overwritten by a new packet. This causes a "BE" packet header in the data to not have a matching "EF" packet terminator before a second header is sent. Attached is an example of such a file, which demonstrates an overwrite on the 445th packet.
