A small issue with fetch

Hello dear maintainer,
i found a slight visual bug in the fetch command of it not being fully printed when the cursor is in the lower ends of the screen.

it sometimes breaks, sometimes doesnt, im not sure why

perhaps its the low level write_at function causing problems since help doesnt have issues. but again idk
