could you share the method to generate "thumos14_gt_test.json"?

Can you share the code used to generate this groundtruth JSON?
My result was OK with THUMOS14 MATLAB eval code, but zero mAP uses following command:

python ./Evaluation/get_detection_performance.py ./thumos14_gt_test.json ./results.json
