Name of app stop showing up when I scan a new QR

all my apps have an APP_NAME, I don't use the new DISPLAY_NAME and it is set to null.

This used to work perfectly and whenever I scanned a new app it would display it as APP_NAME: email

But about two months ago this changed and now it doesn't show the APP_NAME at all anymore, only the email.
