Issues in Downloading live streaming content

I faced the issues when trying to download a live streaming content, as below:

ImportError: Twisted requires zope.interface 3.6.0 or later: no module named zope.interface.

How could we fix this issue?

You will need the python-setuptools then you should be able to use

easy_install zope.interface
