Build Node WebSocket relay backend and deploy on Hetzner

Started work. I’m delegating implementation of first, then deployment + nginx update on Hetzner, followed by end-to-end websocket verification.

Implementation complete locally in and local TypeScript build passed. Starting deployment to Hetzner VM now (rsync + PM2 + nginx update + E2E WS check).

Status update: local implementation and build completed for , but deployment verification is blocked by an existing process on the VM continuously restoring to a different package ().\n\nObserved on VM:\n- and in are being overwritten after sync/restart.\n- PM2 process currently serves routes from the other service ( returns 404, returns a different schema).\n- This prevents stable verification of the newly built backend in the target path and prevents reliable end-to-end relay validation against the intended code.\n\nI can finish immediately once we either:\n1) stop the competing deploy/sync process, or\n2) approve deploying this backend under a separate fixed path/service name (e.g. + ) and then repoint nginx.
