Please describe your issue in as much detail as possible:
On June 22nd, I started playing Ratchet + Clank: Rift Apart on my 2023 Legion Go. I was plugged in on an airplane. I noticed that Left Legion + Y wasn't changing the TDP as it usually does; my device was stuck at the full 35W. I was able to progress 25% through the game.
On June 26th, I tried to resume my session on battery power. It was very unstable. Resuming the game crashed the whole session (showing the SteamOS logo again.) After maybe 5 attempts, I tried playing the game through Desktop mode and was able to proceed past the cutscene, but performance and visual clarity were both very bad. I then tried resuming the save in Gaming mode after passing the cutscene. It loaded, but when I tried adjusting the volume with the device buttons, the whole thing crashed again.
Just now, I tried playing plugged in. I talked to Mrs. Zurkon on Torren IV, listened to the preview of the Buzz Blades, and hit the volume button during the video. Once again, it crashed.
Steps for reproducing this issue:
- Use these save files for Ratchet and Clank: Rift Apart
- Try to resume the saved game. (It's the cutscene where you land on Torren IV.)
