1.13 update

The plugin is not working in Spigot 1.13. I would try to update the plugin myself, but the code in the repository is quite outdated. Could you please pull the latest changes?

I asked @Tux2 for src code for mc 1.12 and he just pushed it up.
I will look over it too, because I need it for the 1.14.

Feel free to clone the code, we can combine/merge the updates later

Add build tools for eclipse. now ready version 1.13.2

Found some hacking libs by a russian, which would give an compatible for all versions. I will check this out after testing the now builded version.

I now figured out to build the plugin.
There are releases for: 1.13.2, 1.14.2 and 1.14.4

build.sh 1.14.4 # builds the spigot api version
make-version.sh 1.14.4 # sets the version number on all src-files

then open it in eclipse and start the Build-Process (ant builder with build.xml from ./ dir), builded jar will be created in the /target folder
