playing a priest of balance the channel for s.. do not add the equilibrium bonuses nor the phyl;actry nor tiara enchantment bonuses all those seem invisble to it...
ran several test ray burst line etc all do not see the boost to channels from the equilib class feats... they dont sere the magic item boost to channels.. healing/ damage...either...so at 3rd lvl it just stays 2d6 regard i confiurmed that the normal chan energy not using your forms works and adds the 1d6 or 2d6 or whatever the enchanment boost or equilibrium boost is does apply to the regualr 30' around caster non forms usage correctly...
so it must be your mod not seeing or calculating for the equilibrium feat nor for the magic enchanments.. that boos damage/healing etc..
