I've seen two Query Badges appear on the left hand side many a times. Doesn't seem correct.
Symptom:
Top badge
ICON
trsst
@ tag=#trsst
[Stop Following] button
Second badge
ICON
Search Results

I think I finally have a hypothesis of how to recreate, but since it involves posting messages, I don't want to got hog wild trying test hypothesis.
Here is my conjecture.
First, in the lower search box, search for "#trsst"
The Top badge appears
Next, enter a message in the Send a Message box
Click send button
Now a new badge appears below the top badge with ICON, Label:Search Results, and a lonesome '@' symbol
