AVL Map Report for each AVL source.

Hi Mike,

I have two sources of AVL so an ability to filter by source for an AVL Map Report would be very useful. I have done something locally to just show the AVL source when all are displayed on the map.

Will I extend this so you can have an AVL Map Report for each individual AVL source, and send on a pull request?

I'm going to make some further changes in the next day so you probably best if you hold off for now.

I'm thinking it could be difficult to put in a choice for AVL feed source that wouldn't be a bit complicated and clutter up the page where one sets the parameters for the report. I'm wondering since this is a special case if it would be easier to include the AVL feed source in the popup information window for each AVL report. That would be easy to add, work for all situations, but you wouldn't be able to display data from just a single AVL source.
