[BUG] Low fps when using etf and emf with or without punchy

Low fps when using etf,emf and punchy.
I used sparkclient to monitor the render tick and those mods use up a lot i get like 150fps+ loss when using them especially punchys hand
I'm playing on a dedicated server

• Minecraft version: 26.2
• ModLoader: fabric
• ETF Version 7.1.1
• Does the issue persist with only ETF installed yes
• Have you checked the FAQ in the Readme, or Discord, to see if it is a known issue yes

all i can say is me too, its weird, and its also fabric and 26.2 for me aswell
