Sponsorblock integrated into the YouMod settings panel

Describe the feature request

Hi! I love the app! I was wondering if maybe you could integrate the sponsorblock settings into the settings panel for the you mod app, I like to have my modded apps look as vanilla as possible. I know it’s selfish but I just was curious.

For the moment SponsorBlock is a separated tweak but in a future update it will be a functionality.
