Final Mort Review

1. I feel that I was an ok grader, at least as good as I could have been. I ended up not finding a partner and so was paired with someone who didn't do most of the work, and as such I had to wait for most of the period for him to finish. However I do think there is a correlation between being a good grader and a good team member. Grading teaches us skills like how to evaluate others work while also showing us different possibilities for completing the FRQs, allowing us to learn more about Java. For example, the code that I graded included the use of a Hashset to check if numbers are unique. It essentially adds the value to the hashset and if the value is already there, then the .add method of the hashset type returns false, which then allows us to return false for the diverse check.
2. I honestly learned very little from my grader's comments. Again his grading was very minimal and he didn't even grade my associations. There definitely is a relationship between learning from others and success within our PBL, since often times Mr. Mortensen or even other group members will review my work and give feedback which I have to be able to take and utilize to improve. This also connects even to the night at the museum, in which we were given feedback by various people who were visiting, which allowed us to again improve our project based on their feedback.
3. I am looking forward to getting started on the Stapplet functions of our project, since like Mr. Mortensen mentioned the QR code was just a small project that didn't really interest me to a huge degree. I'm not sure what to do about my grader, so I might try to find someone else to see if they'd be willing to grade my work instead of Shivansh.
