Add "maximumActionButton" to not show tip to users that clicked on button

So you can limit the tip not to be shown when the user already clicked on a "show more" button or similar. Like maximumDismiss it can be null by default, but a common use case is likely to set it to 1.

How to do?

• Problem: We need to track the clicks on the button, but also want to keep "link-only" buttons. (especially as they show the link aim in a good way.)
• Solution: IMHO, the MessageHandler needs another function in the actionButton object, that additionally binds to the button, so it does not intercept/overwrite the click, but can actually count it. That may then be set by RandomTips manually…
