Experiment with using Bun

Experiment with using bun to replace npm, nodemon (in this case servor), esbuild, and testing framework.

Currently bun's lack of support for the esbuild importGlobPlugin (specifically the resolveDir argument of esbuild plugins) slowed the switch to bun build.
Since my stack is already setup and since bun is only slightly faster than esbuild there is not a ton of incentive to switch atm. I will leave this issue open in case I decide to return to it
