Roadmap: publish v0.2 sanitized operator skill pack

Track the next public milestone for Codex Operator Kit.

Scope:

• add two or three more sanitized workflows
• keep private operational details out of public examples
• document how maintainers can adapt the kit to their own repos
• run bash scripts/validate.sh before release

Success criteria:

• public docs remain copyable
• no private hostnames, credentials, or account-specific paths
• changelog records the workflow additions
