Wiimote refuses to connect

My problem is when I do the sync, it says its synced and i remove from control panel, try it again. and it still doesnt pop up above the refresh connected devices list and its making me a little ticked off

I'm aware of this happening sometimes, not sure what causes it and haven't gotten a chance to investigate. Unfortunately I've never been able to replicate this myself, so any changes I make to try and fix it aren't easily testable.

I'll try to take a look sometime soon, hopefully rewriting the current mess of detecting the wiimotes will help lol
