Description:
Lots of [Blackrock Orc Missive]'s are dropped even if you have not the quest. This item is the objective of quest 26544 [They've Wised Up...].
Current behaviour:
Almost every Blackrock Orc drops a [Blackrock Orc Missive] even if you have not the quest.
Expected behaviour:
The item should not drop if you don't have the quest.
