v12 update

After quite some time in use, I haven't found many bugs.

I do have some fairly random errors that come from incompatibilities with other modules such as “ATC” (https://github.com/caewok/fvtt-token-cover). Honestly, this module is so sensitive that I wouldn't blame us.

I deactivated all the sound settings because they were producing errors with the core sounds or the “Combat Music Master” module.

The RoundChange animation no longer works, however.
