Scraping not working only for Xbox 360 platform

So I have 5 Xbox 360 games that Daijisho is supposed to scrape, WWE Legends of WrestleMania, WWE SmackDown vs. Raw 2007, 2008, 2009, and Asura's Wrath (because x360 mobile recently released), so I scrape them, but it only detects Asura's Wrath, WWE LOM, WWE SvR 2007.
It should be detecting all 5 of the games I mentioned regardless if they actually work on the emulator (haven't tested them all yet).
I've tried deleting & re-adding the platform, setting the folder to where I have the Roms, scraping them again but it still doesn't work, it detects the same 3 games every time.
I've tried this process about 5 times straight, nothing should be going wrong inside the folder, so most likely it's problem with the actual scraping mechanic detecting all the games (they're all in .iso format so it should and the x360 mobile emulator I mentioned earlier detects them too, so it's not a problem with the roms either).

There could be a few reasons why its not finding all of them:

1. Matching hash (or the first 4MB's of the file match another game found already in said platform)
2. It doesn't match the accepted file extension for the platform (hidden extension)
3. It actually found them already but they are grouped together due to the Daijishou multidisc grouping feature

If I was to guess based on what you mention then 1. Though I'm not sure what could be done to fix it for the 360 platform as I'm not familiar of other Xbox 360 file formats you can use to gain another hash. Maybe try converting to .xiso .xex?
