Disable channels in the settings

That is strange request I know but it’s hard to me to stop scrolling telegram channels, i have deleted all other social media apps but i cant delete telegram, so the function to block channels would be great for me. All channels or list of channels from both search function and just from my list, like a filter by channel id to remove it from any places

Or can you please let me know if there are any workarounds to do that now

I am ios and i dont want to do jailbreak
