Exporting your version of the map as a URL that you can send to other people

Should be able to have this done without much hassle -- I'm a little busy but I already know how to do this.

This has been implemented in the _dev2 version of the SL1 map. It can be tested with the following URL, which should load the map to the Rattle Hag arena instead of the usual view. To get a sharable URL to the map's current view, click the new 'Share Map View' button in the bottom left.
