Allow the user to set the invoice index

In case something fucky happens with the indexing outside of the app.
The app should continue incrementing from this index instead of the old one.

What happens when this index is set before the last existing index? this would fuck up the logic completely, as there might be conflicting indices. Right now it always searches for the last invoice to base the index on.
