Hello!
I have two AirCubes: one purchased from you(AirCube 1), and one I made based on your schematics, gerbers, BOM etc. (AirCube 2)
(This was done just as a learning experience, so thank you btw! I have never done this before.)
Using the same USB-C cable:
-AirCube 1 plugged into my PC shows up as a COM port I can monitor the serial output from just fine with the USB-C cable in either orientation.
-AirCube 2 plugged into my PC receives power and functions when connected one way with the same USB-C cable, but no COM port appears.
Flipping the USB-C cable upside down, suddenly the COM port appears and I can monitor the serial output.
Is there some kind of difference between the board I would have received from you, versus what is in the schematics?
I ordered from you around 4/15-ish if the timeline helps.
I used AirCube 1.1 gerbers and BOM 1.0 for making the PCB.
Thanks!
