Retake the documentation screenshots that predate the rebrand #269

Description

@Pixnop

Follow-up from #233's truth pass, which corrected the text but could not retake images. The two worst offenders (the install pages showing vs-launcher-0.0.4 files) were removed outright; the rest still show the old project. Ranked in #233's body, summarised here:

  1. VSL_Main_1.3.0.png, the docs front page: VS Launcher branding, obsolete sidebar, a promotion removed from the app. First image any reader sees.
  2. fork-EDITED.png and new-fork-EDITED.png on the translation page: show forking XurxoMF/vs-launcher while the text says StratumServer/RiftLauncher.
  3. copy-clone-EDITED.png, open-on-vscode-EDITED.png: old repository and folder names.
  4. pr-EDITED.png, create-pr-EDITED.png, sync-new-changes-EDITED.png: old repo in GitHub chrome, flow itself unchanged.
  5. edit-lang-list-EDITED.png, add-new-lang-EDITED.png: shorter language list than today's fourteen files.

The seven pure VS Code UI shots are project-agnostic and only need redoing when VS Code itself changes. vslauncher.png is referenced by nothing and can simply be deleted.

Also worth a check in the same pass: PRIVACY.md is linked from docs/SUMMARY.md as ../PRIVACY.md, the only link in the book that climbs above docs/, and no .gitbook.yaml pins the root, so verify it resolves once published.
