Resource/Layout: Incorrect hex fields for iPod model

Description:

In the 'Scheme Layout' editor, the hex fields displayed for monochrome iPods are incorrect. It is showing 'Font', 'Color 1', 'Color 2' and a new tweak button 'Change Selector Bar Color'.
note: Other fields in 'Menu', 'Font Types' and 'Command Table' are affected

Steps To Reproduce:

1. Open iPodWizard as administrator
2. Load a monochrome firmware (Bug first observed on mini 2g)
3. Navigate to the 'Layout' tab
4. Force the layout tree to load LayoutDialog: Layout tree will not show on firmware load #8
5. View the fields shown
6. Observe the bug
