wish: make it easier to start

Thanks for this tool.

Start-up could be a little faster with some tweaks:

Option 1:

• Print the full URL, so it can be easily copy/pasted from the terminal
• Like downtown, if no file is specified, like markdown files in the current directory in the resulting web page, so one can quickly be selected.

Option 2, more automatic:

• Allow a file name as an argument on the command line. If present, automatically load it in when the browser launches
• Open the browser for the user using 'open $url' on Mac OS X and 'xdg-open $url' on Linux.

Actually, I just found 'moo.js' Are you aware of it? It already implements "option 2" and supports syntax highlighting as well. I'm switching to 'moo.js'. It could be worth adding to a "See Also" section.
