For ModBringer, I have looked at making it work on MacOS; however, I need to do more research to better understand the proper way to do it. But there is a work around. In short, ModBringer just replaces game files with modified versions, so you can do this manually if you want to try to use the modded assets. The problem I have had with a MacOS version of ModBringer is that you normally need elevated permissions to access the ScourgeBringer game files (since they are not normally accessible to other programs) and I have not identified the proper way to do that. That being said, I can give you advice on where to put them manually if you are interested. (NOTE: The other major thing ModBringer does is create backups of the gamefiles and handles swapping them in and out when switching modded files.)

In regards to the ModTools from the developers, unfortunately, they have no plans to release a Mac or Linux version. The ModTools are the tools they built for development of the game and because they are a small studio, there is little or no incentive for them to modify the ModTools for other operating systems. (The ModTools themself are somewhat rough since they were created for their personal use and were not originally created for public release.) They are also currently working on their next game.

So the short answer is, you are the first person to express interest in seeing ModBringer for Mac, which helps make the priority higher, but it is still pretty low priority for me. But I am happy to share how some of the things can be done manually.

Not a problem, but it is better to ask in the FlyingOakGames discord server, it is easier to answer.
ParticleCatalogs can be edited using the official modding tool. If you are using Steam, you can set your installation to the "Editor" branch which gives access to the editing tools. It is a bit more of a complex process, but I'm happy to give more advice in the Discord server.
For modifying images, you'll need to unpack the xnb, modify the png and then repack it back to the xnb format to be used by the game.

Due to certain circumstances, I can only access some foreign websites like GitHub, Google, and a few others — this does not include Discord, Steam, or other social networks.

If I know exactly which file is responsible for managing and defining the size of common_2.xnb, I mean the part of the text displayed inside that image, then I could probably handle it myself.

I use this tool for unpacking the XNB files: https://github.com/LeonBlade/xnbcli
You download it on Windows; place the XNB files into the "packed" directory, run "unpack.bat" , files get written to "unpacked" directory; you edit the texture, you run "pack.bat" to pack it back into an XNB file and place it in the common directory where you found it and it gets loaded by the game.
Off the top of my head, I don't have a good recommendation for unpacking on MacOS or Linux.

To give you an idea of how difficult my situation is, I currently can’t even download the xnbcli program from the Releases page. I had downloaded it before and I’m using that copy for this work.

My main problem is that when I place new text instead of “CONTINUE” in the image, the new text goes outside the bounds and is not displayed correctly in the game.

There is a high likelihood that you can't modify it. That text is unlikely to be handled by the ParticleCatalog or other accessible game files, it is most likely handled by the game engine itself.

Since you have access to the editor, can’t you change or edit the part I mentioned?

Yes, you cannot.
There are a few random things like this which are hard-coded and cannot be modified by the editor.
When I worked on a Turkish translation of the game, we ended up needing to modify the Spanish translation to ensure some text sprites were the appropriate size.
